Looking Up – Hurricane Helene Relief
Dear Hope Family,
We are grateful for Hope Church members’ interest in serving those recently affected by Hurricane Helene. Our Deacons are donating a portion of our mercy fund to both the Second Harvest Food Bank and our denomination’s Disaster Response Team (MNA). Second Harvest is prioritizing getting food and other necessary supplies to the affected counties. MNA is mobilizing disaster response staff with the appropriate equipment and supplies. If you would like to contribute, all donations to the mercy fund over the next two weeks (by 10/20) will be given to these organizations. Please make sure to note “mercy fund” in your check memo or change the fund from General to Deacons’ Mercy in the Online Giving form.
