Dear Hope Church Family,
We are eager to worship together on Sunday morning in the Pavilion. To insure that the runway is clear and questions are addressed and everyone is able to enjoy the service, I am glad to note a few details:
- Timing: We will have a single service starting at 9 AM and running until 10:15. There will not be a second service for this Sunday morning.
- Seating: Please bring your own chair, if you are able. We will have some chairs set out for those who may need them. Also, feel free to bring a blanket and set up in the grass around the pavilion if that’s better for you and your family.
- Parking: We will have a few parking spaces reserved in front of the pavilion for handicapped parking and any that may require easier access to the ramp into the pavilion.
- Traffic: Please be extra cautious driving in the parking lot and crossing the parking lot. With many folks and children on foot, we need to be especially aware and careful!
- Bulletins: We will have bulletins printed with the liturgy and lyrics. Feel free to grab a printed order of worship or you can also access the liturgy through the church website. We want everyone to be able to join in the singing and praying!
Lastly, understand that there will be movement and noise and activity in and around the pavilion. We will have some outlets for children but are under no impression that the pavilion service will be as serene as the indoor services we are accustomed to. No worries at all! We are trying something new and being all together will be a blessing!
