Ethan joined the pastoral staff in October 2015. He is married to Holly. They both hail from the Sunshine State and graduated from Florida State University in 2006. Ethan has served in churches in Florida, Scotland, and Charlotte, where he also completed his Master of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary. The Smiths have two daughters, Annaleigh and Addison.

Ethan enjoys exploring large cities; reading historical fiction; playing tennis, basketball, and golf; grabbing a cup of coffee and a donut at Dough Joe’s; cheering on the Noles; and walking Toby, the family dog.

Ethan keeps the Sabbath Sunday 5pm-Monday 5pm.
