Hal

Hal, a Californian native of 57 years, now finds himself semi-retired and enamored with the beauty of Winston Salem, his home for the past three years. With a rich background in IT spanning three decades, he transitioned into a different role upon arriving, serving as a Day Porter at Vienna Elementary School for a year before finding his place at Hope Church. Married to his beloved wife Renee for 33 years, Hal cherishes his role as a father to four children and “Pop Pop” to five grandchildren.

Hal keeps the Sabbath on Sundays.
