She has worked in education and mental health in West Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina; a career spanning 41 years. She is embarking on a new chapter in her life and will be in the role of Hope’s Connections Coordinator. She has been an active member of Hope since August 2018 engaging in Bible study and women’s events. She is a grateful member of Encore, a group designed to support divorced and widowed women.
Lisha is a native of West Virginia. She has been living in Winston-Salem for 20 years. She has 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren for whom she loves beyond measure. She enjoys many different activities. Outside of time with her children and grandchildren, hospitality would be at the top of the list. It brings such joy to gather with people in my home around table with food and conversation about life. Other top favorites; thrifting, traveling, the beach, the mountains, rocking babies, fresh flowers, old music and chocolate!
Lisha keeps Sabbath on Saturdays.
